This page explains how Discloura Ltd ("we") handles personal data in connection with this website, discloura.com. We are the data controller for that data under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect
This website has no sign-up forms, no accounts, and no advertising or tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us:
- When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- When you book a demo, we receive the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address, company and preferred time.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you, arrange and hold demos, and keep a record of our conversations with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing business relationships, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Business contacts we reach out to
We may contact people at firms we believe could benefit from Discloura, using business contact details from professional sources. We do this on the basis of legitimate interests, only about relevant professional matters, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We will then remove you from our outreach.
Who else is involved
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business, who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security.
- Google, which provides our email and calendar, and supplies the fonts used on this site.
- Our scheduling and customer relationship tools, which store booking and contact details.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship or conversation with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed, normally within two years of our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to stop contacting you. Email freddie@discloura.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Our product
This notice covers the website only. How the Discloura application processes call data on behalf of customer firms is set out in our customer terms and data processing agreement.
